  • Community username
  • Posts, replies, likes, saves, reports, and related activity
  • Whether you choose to post anonymously within the community

D. Device and technical information

  • App version and basic diagnostic or error information
  • Push notification token, if notifications are enabled
  • Basic device permission states related to notifications, camera, photos, and biometric lock
  • Local app storage used for authentication sessions, biometric lock settings, and care-routine preferences

E. AI interaction data

  • Messages you send to the AI companion
  • Profile summary or check-in context needed to generate AI responses

F. Website, support, and email information

  • Information you submit through the iOS waitlist form
  • Support form details, such as your name, email, subject, and message
  • Email delivery records for account, support, and welcome emails
  • Basic website technical details, such as referrer and user-agent information

2. How We Use Information

  • Create and manage your account
  • Provide the app's core features
  • Save and display your wellness history and journal content
  • Send notifications and reminders you request
  • Send account, support, waitlist, and product-readiness emails
  • Support community features and moderation
  • Generate AI companion responses

3. How AI Features Work

When you use the AI companion, the content you submit may be processed to generate a response. This can include your message, recent context, and limited profile information relevant to the request.

AI responses are generated to provide supportive informational content only. They are not medical advice and may be incomplete or incorrect.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers that help us operate the app, such as authentication, database, storage, notification, email delivery, website hosting, and AI infrastructure providers
  • With other users, if you post or reply in community features
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
  • To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or our services
  • In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

Community posts and replies are visible to other users based on the way the feature is designed. If you choose non-anonymous posting, your community username may be shown with your content.

5. Data Storage and Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you delete content or delete your account, we will remove or de-identify data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes.

Belly & Beyond is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
